CCIATWork founder Rizwan Rahmani noticed a tendency within large IT support companies to give larger clients priority over the smaller ones. He realized that a company with a large business client was always going to leave its smaller clients on the backburner. But if a company targeted clients of a similar size, then the distinction would not apply, as none of its clientele would ever be a ‘little fish in a big pond’ and there would be no incentive to put the needs of one client ahead of another. He realized that if a company with this business model existed it would probably be very successful.
So he started it...
At CCIATWork and CCIATHome, we target our services to small businesses and individuals - and because of that, all of our clients are our biggest priority.
We believe that small business needs great IT just as much as a big one. Having great IT doesn't have to mean spending a fortune, and it doesn't mean lots of technology everywhere. Having great IT is about using just the right technology to achieve your objective. We can help you do that.
